HOW LONG SHOULD MY HAIR BE FOR A WAX APPOINTMENT?

If you have been shaving, you will need at least 3 weeks growth to get a good wax. The hair should be atleast a rice grain in length.

HOW SHOULD I PREPARE MY SKIN FOR A WAX?

Exfoliate at least 2 days prior to your appointment (not the day of). This will prepare the hair to come out with ease. This excluding facial hair.

 

WHAT SHOULD I WEAR FOR MY WAX APPOINTMENT?

Wear comfy lose clothing. Nothing tight.

HOW DO YOU KEEP CLIENTS PROTECTED?

 

We never ever double dip, to assure the wax will never become contaminated.

 

We always wear disposable gloves.

We use hospital grade sanitation for our tweezers and other metal tools.

 

WHAT KIND OF WAX DO YOU USE?

At waxing here at Waxpert, our technique incorporates a specific combination of hard and soft waxes, so you don't have to choose. From the texture of you hair, skin, and any sensitivities you may have. we decide what's best for you based on what we see when you come in.

HOW DO I CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION IF PAID WITH A CREDIT CARD?

If you paid using a credit card, please send a cancellation request to info@waxpertlofts.com.

HOW DO I CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION IF I PAID WITH PAYPAL?

If you paid using PayPal, you must cancel the payment on the PayPal site. 

Note that WaxpertLofts.com does not hold any credit card information on file (or has even access to that information) - these are entirely with the external payment processors like PayPal or Stripe and we do not have access to that information. Paypal "pushes" a payment to us and we renew the subscription/membership. In order to stop the recurring payment, you have to cancel it on the Paypal site.

To cancel your Paypal recurring payment, login at PayPal and follow PayPal's instructions on how to cancel a subscription. In short, you need to find the "pre-approved payments" menu point or the transaction where you set up the subscription (or the last transaction sending funds to WaxpertLofts.com) and click the cancel button.

A subscription cancellation will cancel the (future) automatic annual renewal (recurring payment), but will not affect the current membership for the already paid month term, and we are unable to refund portions of the membership fee for "unused" months within the current term.
